Looking for the material used to trim the Whitfield Stove windows. It has a t slot in it and a 7/16 flange (Decorative) Polished gold finish anodized aluminum. About 3/8 deep I heard somewhere that its used for picture frames too. Somebody has this stuff in running lengths. They use a little angle clip that slides into the T slot at the corners and then stake the T to hold things tight. Anybody know who makes this stuff. This stuff is made for a different purpose and has been adapted me thinks. ??????????????????????????
Try a commercial roofer and nicely beg/buy any scraps? Tough part will be the gold finish, they come in all different colors.
Any pic's of the stuff your looking for snowy? Do a bunch of machine building and often come across stuff...........
Just thinking outside the box for you WWW has used it for coping on flat roofs, and to dress up entries to stores. It would be in a sheet that you cut your pieces out of.
Hi Snowy Harman pellet stoves use the exact same "Spring Clip" to hold the tile frame into the recess as Whitfield uses to hold the gold trim onto the window! I fixed a Whit with the trim falling out with these! You can get them here: Harman Spring Clips for Window Trim - Single - 3-31-232547

Great plan, if it were my own stove. I can't dump that much extra $$$$ in a unit that will be sold. For the personal units here in the house I bought some factory pieces to replace missing ones. The little P2 is running on a tight budget, at least when it comes to gingerbread.
