    Had to got look for it, We had one in Portland Ct on Sunday. Haven't heard if they got it under control or not.

    Kind of early for these IMHO. Guess we need some rain to knock the risk down some.

    I found a pellet in one of the squirrel cages on my last cleaning. Stove only a couple years old. How in world does that happen? Got it out with a jewelers screwdriver, odd humming noise gone now :)

    Very dry around here; nothing greening up yet and hardly any snow over the winter. Supposed to get rain tonight, but it may be scattered and they aren't predicting how much.

    My daughter gets to go to my mothers a couple times a year (mom is an active 69 y/o, still happy and loud). She spoils her ROTTEN and they have waaaay too much fun. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for that! Go For It all you grandparents!!

    Bingo, same here.

    Stoddard's actually pretty big, land-wise - the Brush fire was 5 miles from our location: but you could easily see the smoke and steam cloud from it yesterday morning, when the firefighters were knocking the initial fire down.

    Lots of towns came over to help out also - a Public shout-out & Thanks to the Stoddard FD, & all the fire folks / towns who helped out yesterday: this Stoddard resident appreciates it very much. :yes:

    There was a big one in Old Orchard Beach last weekend that was so smoky that the smoke actually showed up on the weather radar during the evening news.
