I go horizontal when I do that stuff. Dizzy just thinking about it !! Speedy recovery !! Warn me if you're gonna post pics
Looks interesting but those buggers are expensive! Don't blame you a bit too on going back to the log tongs. I'd be lost now without them.
Wow, accidents happened, but you took care of it, and you did a brave thing by posting it here for all of us to think about when we use tools. Thank you, and prayers for a good recovery.
I cannot agree more. Accidents Happen! I managed to step on a large lego rated for ages 6 months or older, foot rolled off and snapped a bone in my foot in less than a split second. LOL there is probably a good reason some of you redirect or keep away some dangerous tools from the Mrs's. Though there are many capable women here.
Owwwwwwww! . Glad the surgery went well buddy. I can't imagine stickin myself with a pickeroon! Prayers for a speedy recovery
UPDATE! They released me last night and I am home in my own bed now, that always helps. The pain has subsided greatly. Will no doubt be off of it for awhile but have great neighbors helping out. I want to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts. This really is a family and I thank God he brought me here. Thank you all, Vaughn
Meh...walk it off. I'm in the same surgery recovery boat. Not much fun....stay off the happy pills if you can. Good luck and Godspeed.
Not sure if this works for you, I have had percoset twice after surgeries, it made me nauseous then knocked me out. It was 1 pill every 4-6 hours, I tried a 1/2 pill every 5 hours instead and it helped with both keeping it down in my stomach and the pain as well.
I have found that the worst thing about perc, Vicodin and similar drugs is the constipation that follows after a few days of regular doses. Those drugs are nasty. I might take one or two and throw out the rest when they get prescribed. And Red Elm, glad you are on the mend. Get well fast.
They prescribed 90. I doubt very much I'll take more than 10. My wife and I know too many that have had back surgery that are now prescription pain killer addicted. VERY SAD!
