    Well, there's one in every crowd...

    I like it mostly, or at least the idea but think perhaps some of it needs a bit of cleaning up. That is, all letters are not the same size; some are higher than the others. For example, look at the F and I in Firewood.

    Also the connectors between the letters are not the same. Some come from the top rather than the bottom and some come at an odd height. For example, look at the R's in Hoarder's and look at the the word Club and why are the connectors off the L and U so high? To me that really stands out and looks bad.

    I'm not particularly trying to be critical and know he had to put in a lot of time on this but I think if he worked on it he could clean it up a lot.

    Coming from a man who produces fine leatherwork, I can appreciate your observations Dennis.
    After working up that pallet wine rack and delivering it to the customer today at lunch, I felt comfortable about loosening up on the details that would normally crawl all over me, and my friend was thrilled to receive the wine rack.
    All in all, we are free to express our opinions-each unto his own- and that's the beauty of this forum and this country:thumbs:

    I'm no expert on the stitching process but I believe it comes out that way to make it one continuous loop with the thread. You cross over to the next letter wherever the previous one ends.

    But then what do I know. I'm just a chainsaw totin' redneck.
