Yeah, was cold before the game when I stepped outside, but once we whipped Minnesota everything started to melt.

Boiling water from the woodstove filled tub a little over halfway after mixing in enough cold waters to end up at 120 degrees. Had enough hot left in the tank to fill the tub the rest of the way. Life is good.

Went to see Lone Survivor, if you get a chance, see this movie.

After the movie we went to Sergi's for a pizza.

Fixed some bad sheetrock issues in grandma's old house next door yesterday and got the first coat of spackel on. Today i've got some sanding to do, then another coat. Also gotta bring in a few more loads of wood because they're now calling for 3-6" tomorrow night. Looks like a lonnng day at work tomorrow.

Thanks guys. Heard this morning a coworker went to ER last night with influenza A, so that is the likely culprit.

Starting tonight, the temp with the wind chill will be -28, all day Tuesday it's supposed to be -29 an on Tuesday night -27.

We're loaded with Sugar Maple & Beech for this week, if needed the pellet stove is ready for duty.

It's a winter like this that makes me glad I listened to the Sav about being ahead on your wood inventory.

Did you get the flu shot for this season prior to this infection?

I've gotten the flu shot this season and last. Had reactions both times. Got flu both winters. Last year it was with pneumonia, not bronchitis.

Makes you wonder if you have some sort of variant strain of flu. But from what I know, it is about 65% effective, and in those cases where people do get the flu, it is often not as bad as it would have been had they not had the immunization. Tama flu often helps, but it has to be give at the onset. You will be missing work until you are symptom free. Hope you have some sick leave. Very important to get rest and stay hydrated. Md may want to treat the bronchitis. That bronchitis nearly kills me. After my last assault with that, I ended up on bipap at night with severe apnea. I am really limiting my exposure to the public while this flu is such an epidemic. Kids spread it around like they were running around with spray guns full of it.

Just started my course of antibiotics, got an inhaler too. I can go back to work when I can breathe enough to do my job. Might be tomorrow.

Haven't heard from Pete, it worries me. There was one part of it where I didn't have the strength to go online or answer text messages. I'm worried that he may be there.

Dang, you guys got it bad. Rest and get better soon!

I sent our receptionist home last Tuesday when she showed up with it. She was out for the rest of the week as it only got worse after Tuesday. She got it from her infant who got it at daycare.

Heading to Atlanta for training on our new software in a few weeks. Got the flu shot just for that trip.
