Reminiscing of some great nights in Boston clubs listening to this guy back in the 80's

 

Jon had a way with the guitar and always played some Jimi in his sets....he still does

Saw this young lady on The Voice, and watched a few of her other vids as well.
Reminiscent of Janis, at times.

 

Janis and Amy had similar demons that they could not get past

 

Yep, she has/had her own.
This is the one that caught my attention.........Ignore the judges or whatever they are.

Sure is, the man put out great album after great album.

 

I love his early stuff , when he went more commercial , I lost interest , that's just me being Old School

 

Here is a great artist that in my opinion was just as good old school and a bit more commercial. Maybe its because the first time I saw him live was on his Back In The High Life tour and I was totally blown away by all of his music and performance.

His songwriting, vocals and musical ability on the guitar and Hammond organ are incredible.

One of my all time favorite artists and he still sounds as good as ever.
