    Earthquake! Many years ago I was in Riverside CA and there was a big quake. Did a lot of shaking and tossing things off the walls and shelves. I ran outside of a wooden building only to see the telephone pole swaying and the the ground rippling like someone was shaking out a picnic blanket. Was a whole new experience for this Maine guy.

    I experienced one when I was in San Fran, was sitting on the toilet, thought I was dizzy.

    Got up to 54° here. 47 mi ride today.
    Liking this early Spring

    Almost 14 hours of sun now
    Still burning though, nights in the 30°s,
    see frozen spots in places. Lakes still iced over.
