Yes, but dreading the install, just a few inches the wrong way and its either new piping, roof work. Or both

Have you measured yet from the floor to the exhaust port on both stoves yet? I might be easier than you think to swap the stoves.

Yes. Im workin with 5inches of length at a 22 deg angle to make the new harman hit the old pipe. Im also thinking of trimming down an adjustable and 12in length as needed. But when its all set and done the dealer insists on expecting the install to keep my warranty (understandable) but they want 650$ to plug it in and connect a few pipes (hopefully) which I cant justify. But I will be paying the for the test and tune of the unit.

Yes I've heard it's hard to get thru to them . Do this call another dealer and ask them . Play dumb [ I'm good at that   ] tell them that you are thinking about a Harman and if you self install does that void the warranty

Pretty standard around here too $500 - $650 to install the unit regardless if it's a couple pipes. Think I paid $500 for the P43 install. Had no choice, those swap out programs do not allow DIY installs. The dudes who installed my stove laughed all the way to the bank.
