    What you are looking for is pupils equal in size and reactive to light. They get smaller when light shines on them. Either of these not being normal can be an indication of brain trauma. Next, no pain meds or booze. Anything that can dull sences, can mask or hide symptoms of brain injury. The nausea can be a symptom of brain swelling. If you have issues with speech or word finding, (new) that is another symptom. Best advice is to go get checked out. But I didn't when I fell and got a concussion. My bad. Problem is, left unattended, can result in damage not showing up until much later. If there is a slow bleed, it just gets worse and worse.
