Stupid high winds here. 40 mph sustained. 60 gusts.
I've got shingles coming off my 2 year old roof :(
Warranty paperwork says 60 mph plus isn't covered. Time to test the customer service department :hair:

And to top it off, I saw a guy trying to cut a tree off his car with a circular saw
Had his pants been above his butt, I might have helped. Gotta love city living :zip:

She's doing pretty well, moving slow but using her leg. Nearly her entire belly is covered in bruising
Got up and walked around the yard with me and laid in the sun for bit.
Trying to figure out a way to get her to take the antibiotic pills - she's not touching the hard food after getting pills stuffed in beef brisket:D

Thrilled to hear she is coming around!!!!!

Force it? Tip head all the way back, get pill as far back as you can on the back of her tongue. Keep her muzzle closed the tipped up til she swallows, if she refuses, dip your fingers in a water cup and sprinkle it on her lips. Just keep head tilted up till you see the swallow.

I grabbed some canned food to try out this evening.
It's more she needs to eat so it doesn't "come back up"
She could lose a few pounds - I think she came in ~20lbs at the vet yesterday:hair:
should've known better when we picked her from the litter the owners had nicknamed her Miss Piggy

Almost got KO'd today. 60+ MPH wind gust picked up a plastic knee board and hit me in the side of the head. Still dizzy and nauseous and dizzy a few hours later.

Stick the pill in a slice of hot dog. Dogs can't not eat hot dogs. True story.

I can't like that. I have my old plastic knee board to Goodwill many years ago. Nothing like blunt force trauma.:headbang:

Probably. I stayed on my feet...but blacked out a little. Whiskey cures concussions, doesn't it?

can help a little if you have an epidural hematoma - liquor thins your blood.
