    Wait until you find out there is a firmware issue with those lures, likely they reboot on a regular basis (just before the fish goes to chomp down on it hooks and all).

    I still have a mountain of snow. It actually snowed 6-8" Monday, the wet and heavy chit. Calling for lots of rain tonight and tomorrow. I'm still burning pellets, got no choice. FIL says weather is 2 months behind so you've been forwarned. Late cold arrival means late spring :zip:
    Not a good time for fishing but only to dream it;)

    Well today instead of listening to episode 3 of the Foundation Trilogy, I went down to the video vault and streamed season 1 episode 1 of Gunsmoke to the TV your trivia question for today is when did it hit the airwaves and who introduced it.

    ETA: I downloaded the certified version of OTRR's Gunsmoke collection and am currently retaging it. It is a 6 GB collection of mp3s and assorted other file types.

    TV -- 1955 -- I looked that part up and its a good thing cause I thought 1956

    Twenty years is the longest running show in TV history (Law and Order tied in years but fell far short in episodes).

    In the US 04/26/52 radio, 09/10/1955 tv, the tv series was introduced by John Wayne for the CBS network.

    There was a series on AFRN and one that ran in Australia.

    There are telivision shows that have both been on more years than Gunsmoke and Law and Order, with many times the number of episodes of either and even combined. I leave that as an exercise for any interested reader. Now for an episode of Fibber McGee and Molly Show in 1941.
