It's a good day when someone needs money at the same time you just happen to have a little extra. Hauled this mess home last night. Huskies 394, 2x576, 575, 372, 365, Nice Stihl 051, and near new 193t. The old 1-62 Mac I picked up last week. Been a good week so far.
Nice 1-62 gear drive you got there.... I have a 1-61,which has the same 80cc engine.Made from March 1960 to April 1961.Very strong runner,is kinda loud but nothing like my biggest Mac's & Homie's TBT - 1980 Dealer's double sided 11.25 x 17 heavy cardboard sign Late 60's-early 70's 12 x 18 sheet steel sign.Other side has some fading, few tiny scratches & a couple spots of minor surface rust.
He is actually a collector and tree service, apparently in a little bit of legal trouble at the moment and needed some funds for legal representation.
What do you have on that 365? If you want to get rid of it? Hit me up via PM.. Looking for another one.
a few saws Waterproof MS460 A few non-stock saws on the bench A couple of MS200Ts getting ready to ship out to a builder My first EC saw with a slow tester bar and chain - it now has a bunch of additional changes since the pic A few ported saws on a shelf I kinda like chainsaws
Wow look at the ported shelf!!! Under that waterproof 460 under the table I see classic china packaging! That bubble wrap covered in that yellowish tape!
I am really digging the big handles. Do you buy them or are they leftovers from other 2 strokes? How big does a saw have to be to deserve one?
Ok. Sorry maybe I wasn't clear. The starter handles on the recoil. You have one on the 365 and I think a 390. Dd also has one on his ec 066. I have not seen them at any chainsaw dealer.
Stihl has a factory oversized starter grip for the Rescue saws (MS460/461) but it's $$ compared to buying a handle intended Tecumseh SnowKing engine. I'm sure there are a couple other sources for these now as well.
Yeah.. Those handles are made by many manufacturers. Snowblowers, Rototillers, and the Stihl rescue saws (as mentioned above) are just a few. In big saws with high compression, they result in fewer busted knuckles
