Yesterday was rather chilly so the stove went all day idling on low. Must of got fairly chilly last night as it was blazin on medium when I got up this AM. Not gonna get too warm today so I left it in hi/lo for now.

So much for the first day of spring! It was colder than the last day of winter?? :loco:

Had the little Whit running most of the day yesterday, but by about 7 ish last evening the house was at 75 F
Decided to shut down and go with it until late.

Along about mid night it was still 70 F so said pfffft, leave it off.

Was 62 F in the house this morning, so fire off both stoves for about an hour or so and all good to go.

Big Whit off now and and little one churning away.

Wet outside, but not too cold.
    About 45 F

Broke down and turned it back on, highs of 45-50 next few days, could not take the heat pump running.

No change here either - stove has been running day/night.. Don't see that changing for at least a few weeks.

Warm weather last week was nice though, got to do a full stove/vent cleaning.

Solar gain is starting to get better, able to turn the stove down to low for a few hours a day now.

BTW, nice score on all those cheap pellets, you should start your own pellet yard there.

Flipped the stove to hi/lo when I got home. Will see what the over night temp might be. May flip it off when I got to be.

Warmin up tomorrow! May hit near 60ºF. :D

Thanks will - hope this finds you (& all the FHC Gang) well and enjoying many Smoothies. :D

No Smoothies for Rob, too much driving... Can't risk it. :( ( Maybe I'll be able to join you all next week, I'm sure hoping. )

New job is going excellent for my wife, a big change in work schedule (much earlier) though.. And she's busy, from the moment she arrives, until I pick her up early afternoon.. But much happier, and the extra hrs. / $$$ are a huge help w/ expenses, so... I'll continue to drive her / and be a test subject for sleep-deprivation-therapy, until the end of the school year / mid-June.

    --

Hope the weather is good down your way, and the plants and trees are greening up well / that things are going well for you.. Snow almost completely melted here, but no lawn prep. or outside gardening for a few more weeks, still getting below freezing up here at night.

    * Hoping everyone has a Happy & Joyous Easter Holiday !

    Kind Regards,
    Rob

Glad to see you pop in and good luck with the new schedule . It's been a little challenging heating from the basement these days with my son working from home in the room off from the stove . Trying to keep him cozy but not over heat upstairs when the sun comes around the side of the house . : )

Mine was off when I got up this AM, And came on at the scheduled 2:30 to bring the shack up to 72ºF. But was just getting ready to shutdown by the time I got home.

Only ran a few hours total today. Might fire once more before bedtime??
