One ton Cubex wood pellets (Portland)
    condition: new
    make / manufacturer: Cubex

We have one ton of the finest Canadian hardwood pellets you can buy. They are still wrapped on the pallet they came came in this fall. We bought four tons in November, used only three. They generate 9000 BYU's per pound, and a ton generates about one bucket of ash. Incredibly efficient. They cost me $325 delivered, and I will sell for $200. You pick up.

Cash in advance, then you can come get them...

Sounds like most "too good to be true" CraigsList ads...

There may be a bit of exaggeration there, but for $4/bag, that may not be a bad deal. Reviews on Cubex seem to be mixed, although a year or two ago they seemed to have issues.

If they are moving (as the gal that I bought some from just recently), then keeping them is not worth it. She kept just enough to make it thru the end of April. Might as well sell if you can. Buyers can readily see the current price of propane or oil and pay for any left in the tank (yep, that is usually it's own line item on the contract, pending negotiations), but if they don't have experience with pellets, may look at Lowes offerings at $100/ton, and the seller would be taking an even worse hit.
