    Picked up a bit-o-wood today at the tree dump. Not 100% sure of what I've got.

    Yep, I've got one in my front yard. Not a single thorn in the entire tree. There's a ton of them around here.

    I cut some pieces of the huge burning bushes I had to cut way back by my front door. I have a few pieces of it that I cut into 17" sections. I thought about your honeysuckle as I did it.

    What's better BTU wise in the house shrub firewood NCAA btu bracket? Burning bush or honeysuckle? Lol

    Definitely honey locust. I survived an entire winter on the stuff one year. Had over 9 cord of it in my stacks at one point. Good stuff.....
