Well I didn't know you were going to buy one too, congratulations Okay everybody out there that bought a new NC 30, FESS UP!!
I got caught up in the frenzy Actually, my inlaws will probably end up with it...they are thinking about a stove at their new place, but are not being very decisive right now...I figure they'd wait 'til this sale is over before making up their minds to buy one...and when I saw the tax credit was available I said to mahself "self, thar be sum $ to be made there" (only if ma n pa don't want it of course)
Great stove Yoop! I agree with DaveGunter on the shirts Then ya got HDRock talking about "convIction" decks...... Enjoy the discounted stoves e'ryone
We're going to have a conviction "thread" here also and you will be the first one put in it, because we all know you're guilty
I'd love to, too.....I think ITR will be spoken for tho by other things. I will probably run the EPA rated Vogelzang Performer this upcoming season, and push the smoke dragon to the corner. Gonna have to recut lots of my '16-17 to fit N/S, maybe even some will be cut or E/W
I had been interested in one for years now. Probably a year or so after I bought the 13. The longer burn times and ease of operation and the rave reviews of owners had my interest piqued. I did consider a catalytic stove but I still think this will be much more maintenance free...based on what I have read of cat owners. brenndatomu you are as sneaky as I when it come to letting on that it was ordered!!!!
What? I just want to be able to say owned the legendary 30... (does it count if I never install it?) (maybe I should fire it in the driveway so then I can post about the 30 like an experienced owner/operator) Maybe get 'er up about 1200* (red hot)...slam all the dampers shut good n tight...pull a nice strong vacuum on it until it shrinky dinks a lil bit, slam 'er in the fireplace before the red hot goes away, release vacuum...yeah, yeah, that's it! BTW wildwest , this monster would never fit in my fireplace either. An insert in the low-mid 2 CF range is about as big as I would ever be able to manage reasonably
