It's Friday. Finishing up work early today, dropping the kids off at the grandparents, and heading out for a night away with the wife.

Went skiing this morning at Mt. Wachusett, where I have a seasons pass and ski most of the time.

First time out for me this year.

    Nice to get some sunshine.

Ok seriously I spent the morning dropping and bucking a pine at the park in town. The bottom was rotted and it just sorta went thump snap! I just stood there and went hu? It didn't look rotted at all as a matter of fact.

That was bratwurst with something along the lines of red beans and rice. Those were pierogies around it.

Relaxing a bit and been getting some stuff done around the house last few days. Bringing a little extra wood in at a time. Going back to being cold for this whole week coming up.
