Classic! Dude obviously upgraded with some after market hood ornament bling. Now all he needs is to set that puppy up on some 22's with some shiny maul spinners and a couple of (50 : 1) 2=cycle bottles slung up dangling from the rear view mirror. Now that he knows where the rear view is located and after he gets his license back of course. LOL! I will give him some big credit for not being a quitter though. Wonder if the cop will let him use his new equipment to assist in the field sobriety test?
