I'll start the tread as I can maintain it. With mod status all threads remain open for me to edit if need be. You all can add to it with what you find.

I'll have a current list and an old list of stuff that used to be available. JIC some old stuff is stumbled upon. We have seen some CL deals on older stuff.

    Night tony

All the HD's around here have pretty much been wiped out. Lowe's is still holding firm at $5.18bag. I'm still kicking myself for not buying more stove chow from HD. They burn GREAT in the hastings.

In case anyone is feeling piggy, I did a drive by at the Tewksbury MA HD and saw 18 ton of Chow and 1 GS untagged / unclaimed on the side of the building.

That would be excellent if we had a sticky thread of all the brands and who really make them.

Same around here on the damaged product. If I could find some decent Inferno, I would grab some but the only ones I see are buried and what surrounds them dont look good.

I went by HD to get some FSU and the 2 pallets that were open for singles were wet with some obvious wet clumps inside some of the bags.

I cant justify the low pricing without knowing that they product is actually OK.

Anyone buying pallets from Big Box next year are going to really look at what is being given to them. Some companies wrap the pallets really well-stretch wrap, heavy bag and more stretch wrap. Some dont use the stretch wrap or use a lighter bag.

If I were buting pallets right now, hand pick them before they go on the truck. Otherwise its a gamble.

Did you drive around the back of the building. I though the local Lowes was put too until I went out back. Must have been 30-50 ton back there

They are both Corinth from what I'm told.

Inferno Gold is a softwood blend and the Nations choice is a hardwood blend IIRC.
