No man designed those rearward facing seats in the shopping carts. That's a nut cracker for sure.

More like a couple lifetime guarantee. That was when tools were crafted, to do the work they were intended to do.

Many of the companies are long gone. Most of the tools are marked with the manufacturer, so researching them and learning the company history is interesting.

Actually, a man did invent it - just figured it would always be the "little lady" doing the grocery shopping while hauling the kids around

Good morning, 40 degrees with coffee and daughters making ready for the schoolhouse. I get to work down south today and rain is in the forecast.
Noticed a buddy of mine was out of far'wood last evening so I took him a "rick" of well seasoned hardwood to get him thru the next week or so, poor guy's been working 7 days a week and buying wood all winter, but the beer can pick up hack he buys from isn't very dependable..
    Have a safe day.

Very nice of you to help him out. Ingesting my morning caffeine and breakfast Sammy before heading out to do a day of med appt. drives. Lucky us are forecast to get another 8-10 inches of snow over night tonight. From nov. to the end of jan. we had basically a minimal winter. Since then, we are makin' up for lost time. Oh well, we will deal with it. Everyone have a good, safe day.

Getting ready to head out to the shop and change oil in the quad. Not a fun job. Remove skid plate. ..2 drain plugs...canister filter that is a b@$!h...and 5.2 quarts of expensive oil.

Did the truck last night. Oil change and blade sharpening on the mower tomorrow night.

Stopped to vote on my way home from work, I mistimed the storms by about 4-5mins.
Got soaked running to my truck. It was rocking and rolling here.

Time to fire up the stove and dry out my boots:fire:

I see that. Obviously he never used it. When he died at 86, I bet Sylvan Goldman said that was his worst regret in life. Instant nut cracker.

Plus, why do babies/little tikes have to laugh and squeal when theiy kick their dad in the nuts?
