    wish I knew lol I can't decide if i want to cover it out not or build a 3 sides little housing shed only like 3 feet by 3 feet not a huge house lol

    not bad just refreshing my knowledge by rereading all these post in this thread, now that i have fresh split wood, I'm debating on how to store it lol...and i just realized idk what the difference is between a maul and an axe lol....Ive always had an axe and now I'm hearing a maul is even better for splitting wood

    Buy a fiskars x27. It the best splitting tool many of us have found. I have a hydraulic splitter that mostly just makes rust now because the fiskars works so well.

    i literally just looked that up before you said it....Its $54, there were two pieces of wood today i could not split no matter how hard i hit them and no matter how many times i hit them.

    Some stuff either needs a hydraulic or a chainsaw. Have you ever heard of "Noodling"?

    noodling? no and i already used the chainsaw to cut it into the right size log to split? You can't split wood vertically with a chainsaw right lmao, thats what an axe or maul is for
