    looks like we lucked out. no snow last night, and the rain this afternoon will be followed by clear sky and above freezing temps.

    it's possible things could dry nicely before the refreeze.

    I didn't lucked out, 6-8" this morning. Sun is out to rub it in with temps of 1*F but the good thing is I didn't do the chauffeur thing but I do have to go back out to finish what I started(snowblowing):picard:

    32*with freezing rain this AM, by the time the wife left it was 42*. Any snow on drives and walks is solid ice now. Heading back down to 13* The daughter of a woman who works with the wife, managed to roll her brand new truck over a guard rail.. Sore as can be expected, but still in one piece. Truck was totaled.

    Snow coming tomorrow 5-9 they say. I'm still down and out with the flu. Welcome HarmanLover 007!

    Got up this morning at 0 dark thirty to a cold house.

    Stupid weather can't make up it's mind.

    The little Whit was churning away and not cutting it when the temp last night dropped to 39 F

    Lit off the Big Whit right quick and got the shack heating up again.

    wow. i don't remember exactly what our last delivery was, but i'm pretty sure it was at least 79.9 more than that.
    we only use it for hot water and cooking though.
    and we use very very little hot water.

    **what gave me sticker shock recently though was the new set of wiper blades i just bought.
    somehow it's been a really long time since i bought a pair.
    i was 4 or 5 years w/o a car in oregon, and we don't put a lot of miles on the subie, so this is the first pair since we got it in '09.
    recently replaced the rear one, but i guess i didn't calculate from that what a set for the front would cost.

    I called around the lowest I can get is $2.49 a gallon. :mad: The statewide average is $2.33 they always rip us off up here.
