Picked up some roofing for the shed

    Great score !!! Yep, I'm a scrounger too. I was living green (you know, recycling, repurposing) when it WASN'T cool. Just think, you are saving the planet one sheet of metal at a time. Stacking wood on a rainy day under a tin roof is very much a favored activity to me. Ya done good !!

    It's kind of bittersweet really. This roofing came from my friend's place "stoney" , who passed away last month. His wife said he was keeping it to re-roof a small barn he planned on fixing on they're property. The barn is in very bad shape and needed a ton of frame work so she decided to just leave it as is while she puts the place up for sale. I'm grateful to her for offering it to me and im glad that I was able to reuse something that he was holding on to. Even if it is just roofing. :tears:
