    I have my doubts about it being the same dog. The dog in the shoplifting video is slim enough that it looks longer and taller. Also looks more "male-like". The dog in the repentance video is, well, has a husky body :rofl: :lol:. I didn't see any evidence of that huge electric collar either that can plainly be seen in the second video.

    It is really hard to tell from the 1st monitoring video though. They do have similar markings, but you can't trust when people say "yep that's the dog", since all similarly marked huskies look alike to the general populous (heck, I had a husky mix that could have passed for the dog in the video).

    Makes for a good story - and who knows, maybe they actually did catch the culprit..

    Maple and I went for our morning woods walk and I brought the camera. We'll be heading over to our usual bird hunting spot for an hour or two for a romp through the fields and woods and maybe even the lake in a little bit here.

    We had fun but another less then friendly dog came flying out of the woods and went right after Maple. Maple went right into defense mode protecting us, so luckily I had her lead on (being passed by horses minutes earlier) and held her at bay while kicking back the other dog. The owner (an azzhole) gradually walked out to his dog and commands it to get back to the trail in the woods. OK, problem solved. 30 second late, again, lunged at Maple, same deal, guy walks over. This time I'm not the friendly guy he met seconds ago. I pointed at him and demanded him to put his censored dog on a leash. He complied, we moved on.
