My 1 ton burn and questions on bottom feeder scrapers?

Pic 1 Shows I had over 50% of ash area available. Plenty of room to make it past 60 bags (31 bags burned from last clean to this clean).

Couple pics of the pot. Most of the burn air comes from the small circle of holes where the ignitor is. This thing really has to crank to get pellets to the end holes to be used for combustion.





And finally the control interface. All touch screen and almost infinitely adjustable. The combustion blower and exhaust blower (yes, 2 blowers for combustion. One before pot blowing up into bottom of pot and a standard exhaust blower like all stoves have). Both blowers are adjustable by 10% up or down, as well as the auger (based on ash content, you can adjust to blow more from the pot )











And finally the run time and ignitor time on. As well as max resistor temp.

 

Just at start up. This thing gets crazy air through the pot and I have it turned waaaaay down (as seen in the fuel quality pic above).

Yep! Sweet stove, Now he needs to give it a real test. Gotta put some Michigan's(or another horrid pellet) and see how it does with the icky stuff!

I got a few bags of grass pellets if your even in CT Dex.

 

It was designed with just that in mind. To burn very high ash content pellets. It's not multi fuel rated, but if it's in pellet form? It should burn it with ease.

This stove is awesome. They carry a pretty high price tag, but you are paying for the infinite level of adjustment, quality of components, and ease of maintenance/operation.

By far one of the smoothest, nicest, fire breathing pellet stoves I have seen and or operated. The level of heat it puts out on about 25%-33% on the cursor is amazing! ! Never had to take it higher. The Fahrenheit has been off since the Arctic Vortex went across the States. Enerzone just keeps pumping the heat.

 

I can turn the blowers (combustion and exhaust) down all the way and burn my worst pellet (Presto Logs)

I would love to burn a bag of them (or 2 just so it was a full hopper load )

Wonder what shipping would be? I wonder if I could get a company to ship me some low grade (grass/cardboard/ or standard pellets)? To do a test on the stove? Would promote there name a little??

The Enerzone is a Beast of a stove. Ni doubt it could heat a very large area and do it with ease.
