    I think these little stoves are neat though. I wonder how they arrived at their clearance specs for the little guy?

    been working in the lab for a while now, not spending as much time with the customer service department, one of the things we are playing with are "camp stoves" and "tent stoves" ive got a little one that's barely a sq ft of firebox that I can get 3 hours at 400F out of without a reburn system in it. its pretty kool playing with these things. im thinking they will be out on the market in "outdoorsy" stores like Cabelas by the summer.

    I based my comments on a stove that is a bit smaller and was lucky after 3 hours to have enough coals. The draft control on it needed help....

    yeah, I know, some of those mini stoves wont hold more than a few pounds of wood

    Mike, I'm wondering if you saw those little stoves in DC a couple years ago. If you did, any thoughts? They surely surprised me.
