I'll watch it. I'll be walking by it 3-4 nights every week now. Time to get back into better shape. I have to start jogging again here next month sometime.

 

My goal is to lose 20 pounds at first, I've already changed my eating habits so I've lost four pounds in the last four days.

When May rolls around I plan at being at 208, that will be a loss of over 22 pounds. I seem to put on the most weight during the Holiday season.

 

After my last hangover , around December 19th, I did not have a beer for a month. Since then I've had one every now and then. I think I've had 7 beers since December 19th.

I was at 195-ish then, and am now at 188. I'll get down to 180 in the next three weeks. After I start a combination of walking/running, next month, I should quickly be down to 175. I hope! LOL
