    Just think next spring that pine can knock the chill off when you're on the fence of lighting the stove for 2-3hr burn with mild temps.

    We had a high of 60 here with rain all day, and 2-3 splits of pine will be roaring away shortly just to bump the thermal mass of the house back to 70-72
