Hi David,

Thank you for your response. Please do the following steps to get the logs for the ReadyDLNA:

1. While the Hard drive is plugged to your C3700, go to \\readyshare. You should be able to see the .ReadyDLNA folder, please send it to us.

Note: Sometimes it's not visible, you may need to go to the Folder Options and select Show Hidden files.

2. Attach the file/folder on your email query.

3. Log into the my.netgear.com Portal.

4. Click the "Attach Files to Support Case" option located in right side Menu.

5. Select from the drop down menu "My Open Cases" the Case# to which you would to attach the file.

6. Click "Select" button and select the file and it will be uploaded.

File accepted are PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, DOC, ZIP. Maximum Size allowed is 30MB.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.

Here is a repost of part of my very first post to this thread.

suspect the number is due to memory constraints and the fact that there is NO


.ReadyDLNA folder with its sqlite database on the medium occupying the USB port.

This feature worked correctly on my 4500.

So once again there is no hidden folder on the drive.

I can't attach what I don't have.

I know what they are and what is supposed to be there because I have a USB stick with my MP3 collection on it that was indexed by the 4500.

Man this is like the time the folks in the computer room couldn't IPL the system. Lack of attention to detail. I had to go in, so when I got there I said to the operator read those instructions and watch me. A few seconds later the system was running.

 

Topped out at 4* about half an hour ago - now it is heading back down.

My Honey and I went out today , hit the local antique mall got these 2 pics I love the old sugar shack pic ,but the red frame has to go paid $ 8 for it the Indian warrior pic is really nice , nice frame $30 .

Then we hit our favorite watering hole for cocktails , lunch and cocktails , home now having more cocktails

Ugghhh. Snow changing to sleet and then rain for Monday night and Tuesday.

2-4" of snow around here Monday night before the changeover begins equals one big mess on Tuesday.

 

Up early, stoked the stove up and headed to Breakfast and a Valentine treat.

We went to eat, then off to the Home Depot to look at washers and dryers.

They had some sales on and our Depot Card had a zero balance, so we increased that by a grand.

New units come next week.

Soooo, no we hope that Craigs list will bring us a sale on the old ones.

Would be nice if they would find a great new home rather than the dirt heap.

 

Supposed to rain like a Mo Fo here on Tuesday temps pushing 50* ,that's OK just working out in the chit will suck

 

Yeah, they are forecasting mid 40's here Tuesday afternoon and heavy rain at times. Hopefully it will wash away the snow and not be major slushy crap.
