62.50 a cord dropped in your yard.....heck if you went any distance to cut and hauled that yourself you would have maybe pushing half that in it yourself with gas, chain wear, mix oil, wear and tear on your truck. You done good....

They're all 3 4 5 feet, I guess this load is the exception he usually gets 8 10 12 foot logs.
The 61 is in need of some TLC right now, but I got a new saw coming tomorrow to play with, nothing special but it was a really good price, Poulan Pro 5020

Those lengths will be easier to move around for cutting, no?

Definitely a nice load there! We pay that for a cord of green log length around here. That's some great BTUs too!!! Nice score my friend!

    HD,
that's a win-win. You get some decent wood at a good price and he cuts it and loads it in the trailer, then he's done and picks up $125. not bad for a afternoons work. A its cash money. Uncle ain't seeing any of it.

Actually he doesn't cut it or load it , he just pulls up with his trailer , it gets loaded then he sells it

About 30 miles west of me but if he is coming up 75 from Southfield he could run up m24 and just about run into me.

I'm not sure he goes to Southfield to get the wood .
He has a limit on delivery distance but I don't remember what it was , I'll ask , he hasn't been getting much ,this is first load he's gotten in 2 months
