    OK...without seeing everything it looks like the white cable needs to go where the 12" disconnected cable is currently plugged into on that one end......then in looks like 12" cable need to get plugged into where the white cable currently plugged into on the picture and the other end on the splitter that doesn't have anything currently plugged into it.

    Disclaimer.....I work for a cable company but I take care of the generators, UPS systems, HVAC's and fire suppression systems...I don't do what our install tech's do :rofl: :lol:

    Too bad you guys cannot see me, I cannot get to that side of the yard because of broken foot boot and snowdrifts, so I am hanging out as far as I can out the laundry room window:rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol: Sorry there are still shadows, but hopefully this is a bit better? ETA, 2 tv reciever but we only have one tv if that means anything?

    I mean just looking at the pic common sense would say that just screw that hanging cable cable on that ground block but then that splitter would still seem to be missing it's feed then the configuration looks wrong.....that 2 way splitter should have one inlet and two outlets. Did you try just screwing that hanging black cable back on the ground block next to where the white cable is?

    I haven't seen anything like that since I ripped telco wiring out of a two family. It was everywhere. Why all the dishes are you doing radio astronomy when not online?
