Different approach to carbon build up on Omega burn pot liner

    Carbide Drilling Inserts,Carbide Cutting Insert,Carbide Inserts ___.jpg I am not having any luck trying to prevent the carbon build up on this liner. I have been giving this some thought and have an idea. I'm considering machining the ends of the prongs on the agitator rod to accept carbide cutter inserts. These inserts should have no problem cutting through the carbon build up. I'll be able to change them as necessary.

    Have you tried simply putting graphite on?

    I sure haven't but I will. That would be far less labor intensive.
