Changed the oil in the accord, gave the P68 a thorough cleaning including the flu, and stacked some FSUs in the bunker. Time for a nap.

I hear ya, I do the Jeep but make my wife take her car to the dealer.
The Jeep is easy, no need to jack it up. Lay cardboard on gravel driveway, loosen nut, run inside to warm up. Put nut back in, take old filter off, run back inside to warm up.
Put new filter on, fill with oil, and run back inside and warm up.

I do that too , I do it on the Yota plenty of ground clearance there and I use synthetic and do it in the warm months , but the Cruze has about 4" of ground clearance , not happening :hair::cheers:

cleaned the stove because it was off with the warm afternoon. didn't really need it, and what was there was easy to brush off. i don't change oil in either car in the winter....i time it to wait till April. We don't drive far and i use synthetic. my truck goes to the dealer cause it's new and came with 24 K free oil changes. FREE? i have to wait a couple hours for them to do it! i can do it in way less time! i think that ends this spring

I hear you. I don't particularly like changing the oil, but around here a 4-cylinder 0w20 oil and filter change will set you back $60-$70 no matter where you go. I can do it myself for $25. That's savings I can use to spend on some other important things.

I hear ya , it's that stupid skid plate that stops me . Trying to hold that up and removing 6 screws makes it not worth the trouble .
