Just wondering? I do, with a boiler (indoor) and in floor radiant heat for distribution, my hot water is also.
Well, close to 100%...burn a couple gallons of fuel oil per year when we go away for the weekend...other than that...all wood all the time
97% here! Little NG on the cold days (single digits and below) when I am away for 11 hrs at work. And a little if we leave town. Otherwise the stove is always cranking, err should I say puttin' along with this warm winter!
100%, but only if it doesn't get cold. We use a small DV heater when it gets below our comfort level, and that varies a little.
I did until I moved into the current home. 1880 farm house that's almost 2500 sq ft and very little insulation. Furnace runs some but gas bills are very low. One stove on a big cut up house like this just isn't enough.
