I purchased the 50F after Christmas 2014, ran it as a free standing stove in my basement, burning pellets the first winter. After the heating season I gutted the basement, put foamular insulation over the block walls then framed up walls for Fiberglass insulation, covered with OSB. I moved the 50F to the center of the basement to be closer to the existing duct work. I did have to extend my Duravent and as of October 2015 I am heating 2500 square feet with the 50F. I did install a Lux Thermostat Upstairs, most of this winter I have been in Fuel Miser mode, except last week, I put it T-Stat mode, level 4.
Pellets - Last year I used Somersets all season went through 90 bags purchased from local Menards. This season I bought 3 tons from Menards during the 11% sale they are Supreme Comfort but for $4 a bag, couldn't pass it up. I have used 73 bags so far this season .
I found this site half way through the stove move and really appreciate all the help I received from the pellet pen! I definitely owe you folks some beers!
    Serial Number 3490, with OAK
Added additional gaskets to the ash pan, mounted another gasket to the furnace itself, and a foam gasket were the hopper door meets the main unit, to help seal the pellet hopper.

Well with a name like that I'm sure you will be well received here !! There are a few 50F operators here that I'm sure will help if you need it , but sounds like you have a good handle on things. Great place and nice to have you.

I can't see the pic very clear on my junk Windows phone. Are you using floor joists for ductwork? I'm just asking because my house has an un used set up for floor joist ducts and thats what I was going to plumb my Omega into .

The trunk lines are regular 14x8 sheet metal , I put barn wood on the edges when I had a drop ceiling in the basement

The vent goes up to the joists, then 12 foot over to go through the wall

Yeah I guess it is, I just went to look at the documentation, and with 2 elbows it puts me over the 20 feet recommend which the downside that I see is the smoke during a power failure, other than that everything thing else appears to be good.
