Yep both are the same displacement. I would think the 441 will end up stronger once broken in and a muffler mod.
OK...so I bit the bullet and did it. I sold my first two children, and re-mortgaged my house to get this:
Ya, it looks good. I think I overpaid a bit..few hudred less than new price. but it does come with a 32' bar/chain.
That set up would be well over $1,000. So whatever you paid under that? You saved. That looks as clean as new, so you did good
I know... I can't wait to get it and rip it up! Not that it should outshine the 660, but I'm looking forward to the weight reduction, as I use the 660 with a 25" for all my cutting. I gotta get a DP muffler and find someone local to give it a tune now....THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE ADDICTION!
You gonna swap bars with the 660? The 25" on the 460 and the 32" on the 660 is going to be a mean team! DP mufflers for both is a must have. Swapping that air filter for the newer HD2 style filter is worth a little power too. Saw looks great!
MM that is my plan (swapping bars) and I definitely want to do the mufflers, but I need to find a local guy to do the tuning, I do not want to mess around and hack $2k worth of saws myself.

Great.....add more fuel to the fire I was looking at a 388xp.....but I vowed to never buy another Husky
I'll wait and see if I get the 029, then I'll tape the family at work![/quote] How about a 660 vs 460 both running the 25" same bar and chain buried in a log?? Gotta see if it's true that a 460 will be just as fast as a 660.
