    As I was pulling away from work on Thursday, the boss talked to me for about 15-20. Layoff is a coming and he wants to make sure I will be around after the slow time and is willing to work out maybe a part time (2 days) through the slower time of season. Also said this is when a couple of guys take their annual time off, so he will need to replace them. So it sounds like I'll be getting laid off, and it sounds like I'll be working. Make sense? Nice to have the income, nice to have the time off sorta thing. The last two weeks, I been there only four days instead of five.
    At any rate, there'll be less work now for awhile.

    Time to rest. Long day and then relaxed tonight with wife and kiddos. Played cards with the littlest one for a bit. Now they are all watching a movie. Getting even colder out. I said the heck with going out with the mutleys. Not dressed right for 4.:picard:
