Hello gang, Well the loonies are all out getting 40 loaves of bread and 12 gallons of milk and 8 dozen eggs. :picard:
The apocalypse and armageddon is coming! My God how people are "NUTS" :loco:  It's a snow storm.

Sit home and ride it out. Were supposed to get 4" to 8" here with high winds to exceed 60mph.
Is this anything new here? "NOT" Some people have gone completely "BATS#!T" here:hair:.

Oh, well. If your in the line of fire, good luck, stay warm and make some soup! That's what I'm gonna do! Dave's wood stove chicken stew! :)

We're in the line of fire. Not going anywhere for a few days and we're prepared for power outages. We should be fine. Didn't get bread and milk...

We're supposed to get between 4-8". We happened to run out of milk last night so I need to stop and get some regardless of the weather. But I don't want to look like one of "THOSE" people! I'm not sure what to do. Should I stop and grab a gallon to keep myself and the family happy, or do I tough it out so I don't look like a loony raiding the store?

Bread and milk, you gotta be s**t'n me. We hardly ever buy bread and generally very little milk. Make bread yes and we always have plenty of what is needed to do that.

I would have thought the green fronts would have been emptied instead of the supermarkets. God how is one supposed to survive the 'pockyclips without their Allen's coffee brandy. :dex::whistle::picard:

I don't even think they have it down this way:rofl:

We might get a dusting later tonight, just buckets of rain here and it's still 52.
Have fun with the white stuff

We're on the line between 8-16, and 16-24.... we plan on going to the indoor shooting range tomorrow, also visiting a few local "establishments".

All you guys and gals back east be careful and safe. A massive snow storm with 50mph winds does not sound fun.... Our weather has not been fun either yesterday we had 1 and a half inches of rain where I live, other places in the state had up to 4 inches and our temps rose to the low 50's with more rain today

My BIL lives next door and has a cow (sometimes 2) he milks. I pick up a gallon whenever I need. Haven't bought milk at the store in a long while. Chickens up the road a bit for eggs, and my wife makes good bread. If'n there's a storm threatening, I just make sure the barley pop is well stocked.

They started out several days ago saying 12 to 18" here.....then it dropped to 5 to 8", then it dropped to 2 to 4", then it went up to 4 to 8", now they're saying possibly a foot or more......

Lmao. The more technology these meteorologists get, the worse they are at predicting it!!

I'm gonna put an accurate estimate out there...
We're gonna get somewhere between a dusting to 20". 100% chance....;)

I'm more concerned about my sister. She's also in the bullseye of this thing but they're taking my new nephew home from the hospital today. I'm not sure how prepared they are for all of this. I'm praying they don't lose power. No wood stove or anything in their place. No generator. With a newborn...

I use old fashioned technology. I wait till it's done snowing and look out the window. 100% accurate every time.

Yeah but we measure same way knee deep, Azz deep. etc.. best ones are when wind blows it chest high against storm door so you got to crawl out a window.
