Who would've guessed sinus and allergies would cause vomiting and bloody poo? That's what the vet thinks. Said he has seen 4 dogs this week alone with same symptoms. Treated for that, and drew blood jic it's something else. Results (hopefully nothing) tomorrow.

Phew!! (PS, I did some vet stuff back in the day, blood blobs on poo is not uncommon and usually not serious, even stress can make them do that).

By looking at it, I thought he was gonna die. No poo, just blood and water. Sorry so gross, just saying it wasn't a small amount. Doc gave him kenalog injection, flocillin injection, and diagell orally. Got him home, and he puked up the meds they gave him orally and pooped blood again. If it doesnt quit tonight, it's xray time tomorrow.

Wishing you and the fam the best for your pup!

Our 12 year old lab has noticeably slowed down within the last week.
Fiance woke me up crying her eyes out yesterday, she ended up calling into work.
She has had him since she got out of highschool.

Also... You folks wont believe this.
Yall know everything thats went on with us over the last few months.
The claims estimator came today to look at our car.. He couldnt finish the
estimate, had to make a trip to the ER.

The core support is junk on the car, its actually not even there.
Its completely gone. The hood prop attaches to the core support..
Well the hood prop is there.. i guess he had it stuck into something
to support the hood while he looked at the engine bay.. The hood prop
fell and he took a shot from the hood to the forehead.

He recommended to have the car towed to a body shop, the one we have
our vehicles worked on at.. So i called my tow company of choice and they
moved the car from my driveway to the body shop.

    Its one thing after another.

bocefus78 , hoping Bentley gets better.

I have noticed on of our labs Badger, gets an allergy at winter time, typically once a year. It makes one of his eyebrows and lids pink and inflamed. A little benedryl fixes it.

We recently switched to nutro max dog did for both of our labs. There's been diarrhea and puking in the early am by both pup and adult labs. It's annoying, but nothing like you're dealing with.

Just rambling on and wishing your little buddy gets healthy. He's been there for you. You're just repaying him now.

I took this picture on my drive in to work this am. The picture is to the East, and the road I was on is parallel to lake Michigan.
    IMG_20160121_072501882.jpg
The lake does some odd things, cloud wise. Some days the lake is only clouded over and the land is clear. Other days the opposite is true. Like today. The sun is "setting" into the clouds as it rises.

You were right. I didn't sleep the night before since is was up watching him all night. When we got back from the vet, he finally went to sleep, and so did I. I woke up at midnight, and can't go back to sleep haha. He's begging for food and water (can't have either until tomorrow) which means he is much better already!
    :) Thanks everyone!
