Yep! Someone was able to find them on the Menards website.

 

Tonight I will be working on getting everything matched up so the drywall will sit even-- and if thats goes quick we will be drywalling too.

 

The hard side is done. The rest if the drywall goes up tomorrow.

Some corner bead with cuts to make the curve will work fine on the arch.
This stuff right here....http://www.homedepot.com/p/Strait-F...ead-in-a-Roll-SO-100S-SO-100S/202085009....is da' bomb for inside corners. Seriously.
Used it at my SisIL's. Just an excellent product, though a little pricey.

 

I think you and the wife will be very pleased with the outcome. Change is good. Having your own work to look at is often very rewarding.

i did an arch once. mudding it was a nightmare but the end result was it looked really great. It replaced a hollow core doorway between the kitchen and dining room. totally worth it.
