    Wow,Oil is down again.My supplier is at $1.50 a gallon.I'm burning pellets strictly for sport at this point.

    A bazillion updates after clean install just sux.

    If you have a valid license key and an older install disk, there should be a way to download an install file that has everything on it and burn it to a disk. If that exists, someone please point me to it

    Thats just the beginning, Then there's all the file transfers...............

    I'll be watching a progress bar likely for the next 2 days!

    I have the Win7 32 bit on this system. New one gets the 64bit OS. I got tired of having over 4 gigs of memory and only being able to use 3 or 3.5 gig.s. So all the other updates are likely not applicable to the 64bit OS I already have downloaded. To top it off, Winblows updates seem to ignor the 64bit win7 requests. I had to leave it on all night to get them to download. But I guess it was a good burn in for the new system. All temps were nice and cool and its running quick. Once I get the updates in I'll shutdown the old system for the last time, I'll miss her, She was a good system for the last 6 years.

    Gonna save the memory-CPU and build a bench system if I can find a LGA775 soctet T board. Processor scored high in bench marks and was just under what the b=new system benched at. A bit ashamed the 6 year old Intel core 2 duo(E8500 3.17ghz) is darn near as quick as a AMD 4.2 quad. I'll definitely build the boy an Intel for his gamer here shortly!!
