    One of my favorite tricks was using the auto mirror fold in button during bumper to bumper rush hour traffic. People are nuts on the interstate in CO, like 5' off my bumper going 80 mph. And, like will711 , I put over 100K on it in 2 years with no major repairs. That engine almost sounded like a diesel.

    Sounds like Interstate 275 west of Detroit, or as I like to call it, Michigan's autobahn. I've been passed doing when 80 just trying to keep up with traffic.

    A buddy of mine had an Isuzu 4x4 pickup and he could run rings around me in my Toyota.That independent suspension would just soak up the bumps.My head would be bouncing off the roof trying to keep up.Good times,Good times.:cheers::drunk:

    I learned today that one of my nephews is getting married next summer in VT. Already located a place a few miles outside of the town where the wedding is that carries Vermont pellets. Guess where I'll be stopping.

    Actually was one of my favorite jobs. Spent my crazy years there. Still talk to many of the folks I worked with 30 years later. Walked into a local power equipment store a little bit ago and the service manager came up and said "are you hagar the horrible ?" Yup I am. His dad was the service manager for the Buick store and he worked with him and in the parts dept when he was a kid. During one of our parties the Genera lManager called me hagar . It stuck and someone bought me a plastic hat with giant Viking horns like hagar the horrible cartoon, so I would wear it around the shop. Well he remembered that and me 30 years later. Have a ton of great memories from there. Wish I hadn't drunk so much I would have had more !!:D

    Or the time the GM said I could'ne smoke the tire on my motorcycle so I backed my Honda 900F into the showroom front door and smoked it so much it filled the showroom and office and set off the smoke alarm and the fire dpt. showed up. Or when a midget in a Bigfoot truck totaled my Cadillac Baritz demo while it was parked on the road out in front of the shop formans house. We were inside drinking and playing cards, and someone heard a noise, we came out to see a drunk midget hanging out of the truck cause his pants were caught on the seat after he blasted into the back of the Caddy. Oh those were the days.
