I had a 33 gallon compressor that I used for several projects. Sold it and bought one like you are looking at. Love the size and portability. I can throw it in the bed of the truck with my small generator and take it with me. My big one was a pain to deal with.
I've got one. Works well. Just make sure you follow the break-in procedure and it should last a good while.
I've got one, and it works great. I got mine for $40, they go on sale that low every few months. It is good for tires, I've also run palm nailers, framing guns, and roofing guns. It does ok, and based on my carpentry skills and needs is fine. If you are using it fast, repetitive (like the nailer), then it drains the puny tank quickly and you have to give it half a minute to catch up. My old man, who laughs at my HF purchases, actually asked for one for Christmas after using mine on a shed build. Nice size, the price is right, and the reviews are mostly positive. STAY AWAY from the HF air fittings, adapters, etc... they are pretty junky.
i will second that. won't seal up so as to hold pressure in the tank. no matter how much tape you put on the threads
