Try to unhook your plastic inlet cap and see it makes a difference. Cheapest troubleshooting option.

Plastic inlet cap? Is that the old sail switch?

And Yes, don2222 has an updated motor and impeller that he sells. Thr impeller is what really helps, but with an old motor, the impeller is likely stuck on the shaft. You'll probably have to cut it off.

The exhaust manifold helped some as well.

But plugging some holes in your burn pot will also help.

There is a plastic cap at the end of the OAK.

Should I just remove the OAK and have it pull air from the basement?

Hearing it from you, it must be good:thumbs:
Just unhook it at the furnace if it's easier. You just want too see if the flame intensity increases, if not then the plastic inlet cap is fine. The sail switch is a square insert for the Air inlet, if you peek inside the back and into the inlet where the damper is. you should see the square hole about 6" deep. I don't have one on mine so I could be off the mark explaining it. I'll dig up a pic for you.

    It's item 15.

Tinkered with my new LUX TX9100E thermostat and ggrr. It goes into #1 setting and doesn't want to go into #5 when calling for heat? Anyone with a clue, it's a millivolt type.

Did you hook it up while the furnace is running?
(Edit: This on the older push button Control panel. The new one will take it just fine when running, but Fuel Mizer mode must be started after the selection to work with a stat)

You have to shut it down and restart it when you add a stat.

No. It was down and I fired it up on manual. Waited a bit and put it on thermostat mode. Heat setting dropped to #1 from #3. Then I realized the thermostat was in off position  Should of I started in thermostat mode?

I almost always have mine in manual when I light it. For some reason it defaults to that after I power it back on after a cleaning (it gets unplugged most every time at some point in the process). It's just a button on the control board to switch the mode.

The only feedback is the green LED moves from Manual to Thermostat, and the heat level LEDs will switch to 5 if there is a call for heat, or it will drop back to 1 if not.

Below are two pics I just took. Sorry for the crap lighting. If I turned on the flash the LEDs didn't show up. First pic is in t-stat mode, no call for heat. The second pic is manual mode on level 5. Just had to press the 'select' button to toggle between them.

Or maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue.

Those are good temps. I have a bag of Lacrete's to test myself, but need to wait till weather let's up a little.

Lacrete's are supposed to be a great pellet. A member shipped me a bag earlier this year :)
