Was going to cut some up after work but saw said it's cold.... my hands said adjusting choke when frozen.. got chilly.. my older wiser self said just wait couple days when temp is above 5 degrees go get cup of hot coffee.. check out FHC
loads of tops I can clean up, dozer left nice trails to get bucket at a time. but on steep hill covered in ice and snow that's a spring job.. This load is winter work.. most of next year's is drying so this is year 2 and the tops will be fill in.. Got a friend that lives by trucker got some black hickory probably 20 trees 2 foot diameter. that need to be dropped and cleaned as make horses sick. trying to get group of guy drop.. pile brush and burn.. Trucker says 300 to pick them up and deliver on a days he's slow. if I can get it all done I am at three years 3 years is a lot easier to obtain if you don't need 12 cord a year! meaning I love the IS

Never heard of Black Hick until now, learn something everyday. Unless your an FHC member, then you learn lots of things. One of those things lately is a new appreciation of slippers.......

beech, ash, red maple, yellow and 1 white birch. I think it's pretty good mix weird no sugar maple... I know farm there is a sugar bush they stopped tapping 25 years ago.
Took a while to identify as black hickory as I am supposed to be too far north for it to grow. But it makes horses sick. so she needs it gone (2 big vets bills) as its on edge of horse field. of course for pros, 20 real trees hard to access etc big money. got to be 6 to 8 cord.. hard to drop, burn and haul away that much in weekend. got to be dropped into horse field. but if haul away is easy and affordable, dropping is fun, clean up on snow is a and ... She's happy saving vet bills, I'm happy as we will see but I know da house rules any recommendations on cameras that can take cold cause Nikon cool pixels is not it

Zap has a good camera. Crazy guy. I was trying to take his picture and he was trying to take mine. Ends up we both have the same camera! Kodak EasyShare Z980. It seems to work just fine in the cold.
