    If you really want a cholesterol bomb with lots of starch and excellent flavor, try a serving of poutine. It is readily available in eastern Canada and according to legends originated as fast food in Quebec. Think fries with cheese curd and gravy added for flavor. I have had it twice while vacationing north of the border and was afraid to eat much more of it. Lipitor can only deal with so much but it is an excellent once in a while food.
