It was cold and damp outside so I did the yearly service on the New Holland. It's nice to have a heated garage!

Went out to the range with my bride and shot some lead at some pop cans that needed to die. She ran through half a clip. More than she has ever shot before. :)

Put a fire on to warm her toes...she earned it.

Sweet! Really clean. I'm now an aluminum Ford Ecoboost guy but love the body style of the GM's. Nothing like a new set of wheels.

Waiting for the "faithful" Iowa fans to turn on the head coach after the 45-16 Rose Bowl loss... love him all regular season going 12-0, hate him all off season for ending 12-2!

Still kinda chuckling over the Stanford band hi-jinks, kinda disrespectful, but it's college kids, could be worse!

Looks like fun - not the cold part, just the equipment part.

Yes, a big disappointment but Michigan States game has got to be the worst. But hey, its a game and both teams gave great seasons to the fans. they went home happy 12 times. Now who is going to get the National Champions title? I am kind of leaning toward Clemson. Who would have thought?

GM was so smart to get Isuzu to make the diesels for them. That was the best move they've ever done as a company.

I kept my 2015 resolutions. On last New Years eve, I wrote them down and put them in an envelope on the top shelf of my workbench. I just noticed that they're still there! :D

I was waiting for someone to make a comment on that light sabre felling technique. :)

Sweet huh? I'd take that over any saw. Although as sweet as they sound, they don't sound as sweet as a 2 stroke. I wonder if you can get a 2 stroke scented light sabre?

The Stanford band is a product of the Stanford community. If you've been there, you understand.

Yes, the Hawkeye's and Spartans really let us BIG 10 guys down in the bowl games. At least the Badgers put on a great game in the holiday bowl and beat the University of Spoiled Children (USC).

I may regret it now, but in a several years she'll be burning nicely. I'm finally going to be taking down a Honey Locust for a friend of mine, that I told him I'd take it down a year and half ago. I'm a little slow at getting at things sometimes, just how my clock works. But this little tree is a thorny little things for about 15 foot beyond the bottom 6 foot that he keeps cleaned off for his grandkids. Ought to be interesting...
