    Yup you need to watch the drunk stove loading. At least use a timer to remind yourself the stove needs to be checked. Now if the timer goes off and you cant remember why you set it you maybe should have left the stove alone in the first place! Im heading off to a new years party in a bit so loaded the stove like it was for an overnight burn. I dont want to come home to a warm stove with no coals. Stove top is already up to 600F.
