Things have been busy around here since the move and holidays, but I'm finally getting around to moving my wood from the old place over to the new place. I've got around 15 cords of wood to relocate so got some work ahead of me. So far I've moved about 3 truck loads and a trailer load over (guesstimating close to 4 cords). Still have about 10 more to move so should be fun Here's some pics of the move so far First load had to wait to be unloaded bc of rain Have to use the tractor to get the wood at the old place bc the ground is too soft to get the truck in the yard First trailer load full of wood ( Pallet Pete might like my side rails ) The Loader makes quick work of unloading at the new place Cleared a path in the snow for easy hauling Just enough space to get the loader between the posts
Thanks! I was able to use the custom tarps I made at the old place to cover the trailer until I could unload it.
Nice looking place you have there Tri....steady at it you'll get it done. As Bogy says "don't mind the mule load the wagon"
3 car garage, barn with weather station anemometer, JD tractor....... Nice upgrade, congrats !!! & able to bring the ready to burn firewood * * "Priceless"
Very nice Tri. Good work. What are you burning in on the new place? Did you move it there? Install? Already there?
There was a Buck 26 installed here when I moved in. I pulled that out and took it to my old place and took my Quad Isle Royale over to the new place. It burns much better at the new place! I'm still amazed it can heat this entire house with the low temps we've had lately!!
Thanks guy! Got the trailer emptied yesterday just in time. I'm ready for the big storm today!! Looks like we are going to see more rain than anything here before the cold comes. Ash on the left pile and various hardwoods on the right. Got my ash and mulberry loaded up on the rack closest to the stove! Bear is enjoying the snow
