Cleanup from the holiday is well underway. I have most of the decorations put away. The tree stays up for another week. This holiday decorating started just after Thanksgiving, and quite frankly it has worn out its welcome.

Today is a clean up and vacuum day. I am looking forward to getting everything stored away and normalcy returned to the home.

I read that first line too fast and thought, whoa...

Target therapy is always good - even if you have no frustrations to get out of the system

I too did a double-take. Wow, that was some cr*ppy gift if she has to shoot it instead of returning it:D. Then I thought he got targets or even a cool reactive target type thing. The got to the part where he go her a shooty thing . Maybe he got both target and projectile thrower?

Ratings namely, for TWC. The naming of hurricanes comes from the national hurricane center, iirc. So there's a national agency for hurricanes which makes sense.

Winter storms don't have the potential of pulling your roof off and causing peril at home. If you stay at home, and off the roads, your pretty safe from even the craziest blizzard.

Well, were supposed to have some sort of weather tomorrow. There's supposed to be snow, then maybe ice/ freezing rain.

I have to work again tomorrow, so hopefully the roads are not treacherous. The local road departments have not than rough warning to treat the roads properly.

That said, there's a lot of dog poop in our yard, so I'll take breaks from football watching and pooper scooper before the snow hits. Fun, but that's a small price to pay for the company of our dogs.

Additional Wood ( hedge and Honey X Locust) brought up to house ... Generator started and refueled. Driveway cleared. And garage refrigerator is stocked with beer...

Ready for what ever is headed our way. They have us at this time in for ice of one type or another. Followed by a little snow...

They say we might get some snow tomorrow...maybe up to 8". The temps never got up to highs they expected.

Worked on some of the door frame on the shed after I did some work on the bridge tree. Dogs went with...but two of them found themselves back in the truck early...wee bit too cold for them.

Dropping the oil in the truck, so I'm running out to put a quart in during commercial breaks of the Packers game. :)

Can't believe you wear a thong to shot in. Let me guess a thong and chainsaw chaps. Sorry for the bad mental picture guys, but that's what I got.
